# Create Account

## Overview

Bink uses a simple email-based authentication system powered by Privy, which creates a non-custodial wallet for you automatically. You maintain full control of your funds while enjoying the convenience of email login.

At this moment, Bink is still invite-only. If you don't have an invite code, you can sign up through the app.

## Step-by-Step 

1. Launch the Bink app, navigate through the welcome screens and **Enter your email address**
2. Check your email inbox for a **6-digit verification code** and enter it
3. Enter your **invite code**
4. (Recommended) Secure your account by **setting up a passkey**
5. (Recommended) **Enable notifications** to receive important reminders from us such as successful deposits
6. **Claim your unique Bink tag**. This is your public identify on Bink and allows other user to send you funds
